New Junk City is about a bunch of bugs killing each other over a piece of crap- the premise I created.
There is two opposing gangs: Flies vs. Beetles. In my initial pitch, the Beetles are brits (a play on The Beatles), and would use knives instead of guns.
The group decided there would be a greater cultural clash if we did Italian mobsters which we went with (which is also cool - its like the 'Ghost Dog' but with bugs).

The Critter Tech Ad is meant to be like one of those cellphone advertisements from the 90s/2000s (think Koodo or Geico).

For the animation assignment I needed an original character with full lip-sync and action performances. After stumbling across a really awesome Moto ringtone, I came up with this idea of Caller Cub asking a stranger to call him so he can dance to his ringtone.

The full segment is incomplete but I might consider returning to finish (or do another ad with one of the other Critter Tech Critters above).

For this lip-sync performance animation I chose to do a turtle dork delivering pizza to a sloppy dog.
The audio comes from a hilarious MDE sketch directed by Andy Ruse, parodying anti-bullying PSAs.
The concept behind the characters is that they are mutant animal mascots come to life, and are sick of their jobs as corporate spokesmen.

For this lip-sync performance animation I chose to do a sleepy bunny, who is probably in the same preschool class as Miffy.
The audio comes from a Howard Stern bit where they ask Beetlejuice simple questions; they ask him what colour is a carrot and he gets all confused.
Reminded me of when news reporters go to local schools and they get dopey nervous kids to interview.
